Shipping Policy
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
All Items ordered will be processed within one business day of receiving payment, unless otherwise noted in the description of the product. Our printed products (shirts, bags, etc) are custom made to order so can take a few days to be processed before they are shipped out. Our customers generally receive their orders within about 3 business days once the courier has processed your order. Some items may ship in separate boxes, but will not require additional shipping charges. Once the package has left Momotaro Apotheca and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, pandemics, if a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.
Because we are such a small company, we rely on a third party logistics partner to ship our products. So, even though everything is manufactured here in Portland, OR, your package may ship from one of our warehouses in in the US. To find the best prices for you, we utilize various carriers which ship millions of packages a day. Unfortunately, there are some issues from time to time, such as loss of tracking, delayed tracking, etc. In most cases, orders are recovered and delivered. In the event of a lost package, we can help you with the claims process.

Free Shipping
From time to time, we will offer free shipping on certain orders. These policies cover all core products and bundles, but exclude any special fundraising campaigns or merch launches. Our charity products are printed at the time of order, and ship separately from the rest of your order.If you have any problems with completing checkout with free shipping, feel free to email us at support@momotaroapotheca.com.
How long will it take for my product to arrive?
We begin processing your order within 24 hours of purchase. You'll receive tracking information from us and can then expect for your package to arrive within 2-3 business days.
We ship Monday—Thursday but not Friday—Sunday (because packages tend to get caught at the post office over the weekend).
All merch orders are made to order and are fulfilled by our 3rd party print house. These orders can take longer to get to you.
For international orders, please allow for up to two weeks for your order to arrive. You may also be responsible for customs fees depending on postage policies in your country.
Where's my package?
You should have received tracking information from us that will allow you to track your order. If it looks like your package was reported as delivered, and you can't find your package, we recommend the following: check your neighbors and housemates to see if it arrived.
Sometimes postal carriers hide packages in secure places to reduce the chance it was stollen. We also recommend waiting a day or two before filing a claim as sometimes the tracking is delayed.
If that doesn't work, you can file a claim with USPS - they have GPS tracking on all the packages so can see if they dropped it in the right place.
If you do this, please let us know so that we can support you in getting your order as soon as possible.
I haven't received an order confirmation, what should I do?
You should have received an email from momotaroapotheca.com with your order details.
If you can't find this email in your inbox, please try checking your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find the email, please contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
I haven't received a tracking number.
We generally process all orders within a single business day.
We close our offices on Saturday and Sunday, so if you place an order on Friday, you should expect to receive your tracking number on the following business day - Monday.

Our products are shipped in non-descript packages.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
We do!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ships within the USA and Canada only.
International customers can find our products at a few international retailers that ship globally. For updates on our stockists, please email us and let us know where you're located.
My product was damaged upon delivery!
Please contact us as soon as possible and include a photograph of the packaging (and shipping package if possible) with the subject line Damaged / Opened Item(s) Upon Delivery
We'll review your claim and get back to you with a solution.
How do I exchange or return my order
All Momotaro Apotheca products are covered by 30 day satisfaction guarantee, from the date of original purchase.
If you have any issue with our products, please just shoot us an email and we'll work with you to make things right.

All returns and exchanges require pre-authorization in the form of a receipt of purchase.

I'm having a bad reaction to the product
All bodies are different - from shape to chemistry - and it may be that our products are not a good fit for you. If any irritation occurs in conjunction with the use of our products, please immediately stop using our products and consult a medical professional.
Is this product Safe to use intravaginally?
Our products are indicated for external use only. With that said we use food grade and body safe ingredients to help ensure that our products are as gentle on your skin as possible. The probiotic is be consumed by mouth only.
Why can't I order the Tincture?
Due to US shipping regulations, Tincture (containing hemp)( can not be shipped to South Dakota, Idaho, Nebraska, or any International Locations. We hope each state legalizes the shipment of Full Spectrum Hemp products soon so that you can try our amazing Tincture!
Are Momotaro Apotheca products medicine?
No. Our products are topical cosmetics - our intention with all of our products is to support your body's natural ability to heal.
I'm pregnant, are your products safe for me to use?
We recommend that anyone who is pregnant consult medical professionals before using our products.
Are your products for men too?
Our products are for everyone. Whether you have a vulva, penis, anus, or any other body part, we create products that are meant for you.
My product has separated, what do I do?
Our products are made with plant based ingredients without emulsifiers or stabilizers - this means that ingredients can, over time, come out of solution. For most products you just need to shake them up. This will not change the efficacy or safety or our topicals.
